Everyone has favorites. Favorite teacher, favorite drink, favorite sport, favorite hobby, favorite color, favorite food. When it comes to Paleo, we have favorites too. Favorite dish, favorite seasoning, favorite cooking method and so on. I’m curious what your favorites are? Mine would have to be a recipe my daughter made called Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars, by Juli of PaleOMG. Which, if you haven’t visited PaleOMG, you’re missing out. This has to be one of the easiest and most delicious Paleo desserts I’ve eaten. There’s tons of recipes out there and if we’re truly practicing Paleo, we’re coming up with new ones all the time, but these Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars are off the chart. You cannot eat just one (OK, maybe it’s just me), but if you’re like me, consume these with caution. These treats will turn you into a chunky monkey if you’re not careful!
